FAQ

What is the cost?

The cost varies depending on a few factors: Location, length of the performance and number of musicians. Please email or phone us with your details and we will give you an immediate quote.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A regular cheque covering the deposit is sufficient. The remaining payment is due either prior to or at the end of the performance by cheque, cash or certified cheque only. Please specify who will be making the payment.

When will you arrive at my event?

We generally arrive at the event at least 30 minutes prior to the performance. Our set up time is about 10 minutes.

How long are your breaks?

Usually 10 minutes for every hour of performance. We are flexible with breaks and will work around your schedule. For example, during speeches is usually a good time for our break.

Do you take requests?

Certainly. If you want to hear anything that's not on our song list page, we will play it for you as long as it is basically in the same style. Otherwise, we may need a bit of time to find the music for it and have it ready for your event.

What will the musicians wear?

Depending on the level of formality, the band will generally wear tuxedos for wedding ceremonies and suit and tie for receptions or corporate events. We always discuss this with you in advance.

Can we meet in person?

Usually this isn't necessary. Any communication can be done by email or telephone. However, if you find it important to meet first, arrangements can definitely be made.

Do I need to supply anything for the band?

We supply our own equipment, including instruments, amplifiers, sound system (when required) and extension cords, etc. All we need is space and at least one electrical outlet.

What happens after I decide to hire you for my event?

Once you have decided to hire us, we will send you a contract outlining the details related to your event in addition to a list of the musicians who will be performing.

What makes you stand out from the others?

1. Expert musicianship
2. Professionalism
3. Reliability
4. Experience
5. Affordable rates
